Rosario Benavides

Property Manager

Originally from Los Angeles, I relocated to Monterey County 20 years ago. I have been working at Greenfield Village for the last 10 years. Previously the Leasing Assistant, I am happy to serve our community as the Property Manager. I enjoy supporting our current tenants, welcoming new tenants, and working to create a family environment, so that everyone in Greenfield Village is happy to call it their home. I take pride in supporting our Greenfield Village team to ensure everything runs smoothly. I am a mother of three and in my downtime, I love spending time with my family. 

Karina Valentin

Assistant Property Manager

I was raised in the neighboring, small town of King City. I am the first smiling face you see as you walk into the Leasing Office. I take pride in supporting both our Greenfield Village residents and the Greenfield City community. I enjoy attending city events and volunteering to fill community needs. Teamwork is the key to success at Greenfield Village and here you will find a great team working to make our community your home.

Michael Aguilar

Maintenance Manager

I have lived in Salinas Valley all my life. I hold a deep love for the outdoors and an addiction to exploring historical sites. I have been providing service to Greenfield Village for over 10 years. I am dedicated to my work and take pride in maintaining the charm of our unique property, both inside and out. Providing solutions so that residents can build an enjoyable life at Greenfield Village drives my daily commitment to this community.

Nathaniel Lopez

Maintenance Technician

I am a born and raised resident of Greenfield. Solving problems, addressing resident’s concerns and keeping our community beautiful are rewarding parts of my day. I enjoy being part of a knowledgeable and proactive maintenance team and look forward to new challenges each day. I am a South Monterey County Animal Rescue Board Member and proud father of two. I enjoy experiencing the positive progress in my hometown and spending time with my family.

Marc Korody

Comptroller

I am always reminded that everyone is unique and that real success is measured by enabling people to achieve their personal goals. For the past 20 years, I have served in various roles including Property Manager, Asset Manager, Regional Manager and now Comptroller. Making sure that our tenant details are always attended to by ensuring the property operations run smoothly, is my top priority.
